To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices at www.gosarpinos.com and your options regarding the way your information is collected and used. By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Website Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change these terms and will post such changes on this page. Your continued use of our Website after any changes will constitute your agreement and acceptance of such changes.
2. Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
There are several types of personal information we collect on the Website. On some pages, such as when you setup on online account on the Website, you can voluntarily provide personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email, phone number, mobile number, and birthday. When you order online, we will ask you to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date and authentication codes or related information, as well as information related to where any of our products will be delivered. If you contact us with an inquiry, request or suggestion, to provide feedback on our products, to participate in a marketing program, or register to receive promotional materials, you may provide similar personal information discussed above. If you are requesting information about a franchise, you may also voluntarily provide a Territory of interest and your available Liquid Capital. Depending on the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some of the information is identified as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from visitors to the Website who are under thirteen years of age.

We may also share this information with our authorized third party service providers and Advertisers to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, and programming.

6. How to Opt-Out
If you setup an online account, you will have the option of unchecking the boxes requesting that Sarpino’s send you special offers via Email or via Text Message. If you would like to make certain we do not share your email address or other Personally Identifiable Information with any third parties or that we not provide you with targeted emails, surveys or promotional offers, send us an email opting out of these communications to info@gosarpinos.com. Please be aware that Sarpino’s may on occasion contact you for administrative purposes even if you opt out of these communications.
7. How to delete your data
We provide a couple of options for you to delete your personal data. In order to delete your account and all data associated with it, you need to do one of the following:
- Login on one of our store pages (e.g. https://fort-lauderdale.gosarpinos.com) and navigate to the “Profile” section where you will see the “In order to delete your entire account click here” line. Click or tap on “here” and confirm that you want to delete your account.
- Email us@sarpinos-usa.com and request the deletion. You will be asked to confirm your name and the email address.

This Website may contain links to other sites, including among others those of advertisers and other third parties and companies whose trademarks appear on the Website. We are not responsible for the information collection practices or the content of the sites to which we link. As required by the Act, we will provide you with the categories of Personally Identifiable Information that we collect through the Website and the categories of third party persons or entities with whom such Personally Identifiable Information may be shared for direct marketing purposes at your request. California law requires us to inform you, at your request, (1) the categories of Personally Identifiable Information we collect and what third parties we share that information with; (2) the names and addresses of those third parties; and (3) examples of the products marketed by those companies. The Act further requires us to allow you to control who you do not want us to share that information with. When contacting us, please indicate your name, address, email address, and what Personally Identifiable Information you do not want us to share with affiliated businesses or marketing partners.
